What is the Cost Structure?
To initiate your talent acquisition process, we require a $500 deposit. This amount is fully refundable if you decide to cancel the project. Alternatively, it will be credited towards the recruitment fee once we successfully place a candidate. Our recruitment fee is set at 35% of the candidate’s estimated first-year salary. For instance, if a candidate is hired at a monthly salary of $800, amounting to an annual salary of $9,600, our fee would be 35% of this annual total, equating to $3,360. This fee is a one-time charge, with no further costs for the continued employment of the hired individual.

What Assurance Do We Provide?
We stand behind our talent placement with a 90-day guarantee. Should the new hire not meet your expectations within the first two months, we will conduct a second recruitment cycle for the same position at no additional cost. Our goal is to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your new team member.
