Your bookkeeping/accounting assistant will help you with a number of tasks to release your time so that you can focus on more important things. S/he will be college-educated, fluent in English, hard-working, and will:
- Record daily business transactions
- Update the ledger and budgets
- Keep track of your expenses and bills
- Process and manage your payroll
- If required, manage your credit cards
- Assist with audits and fact-checking
- Handle communications with vendors
- Prepare relevant tax forms for filing
- Process reimbursement forms and claims
- Prepare sales records with invoice & payment details
- Issue customer invoices and prepare cost estimates
- Manage bank transfers and schedule payments
- Prepare transaction and expenditure reports
- Help monitoring budgets and expenditure
